The prompts will be as follows:
If you are using a touch tone phone press 1
For account information (balances, checks cleared, etc) press 1.

  • 1- for Share Account information (savings)

  • 2- for Share Draft information      (checking)

  • 4- for IRA Certificate information

  • 5- for Share Certificate information

  • 6- for Loan information

  • 7- for IRA Share information

  • 8- for Other Share information

  • 9- return to Menu

To Transfer Funds – press 2

  • 1- transfer from one account to another  (example: shares to checking)
    (Shares = 00, checking = 70, 71, or 72)

  • 2- to have a check mailed to you

For rate information press 3

  • 1-share account rates

  • 2-share draft (checking) rates

  • 3-money market rates

  • 4-certificate rates

  • 5- IRA certificate rates

  • 6-Home equity rates

  • 7-consumer loan rates (auto, signature, etc)
